I have been involved in Dog Obedience for over 20 years, from club participation, committee/office holder level and as a Judge, having been on the judging panel for 11 years.

Over a period of time I have worked a variety of dogs including a border collie, a long haired German Shepherd and of course the lovely Irish Setters, resulting in have Brooke made up to an Obedience Champion.

I enjoy the judging aspect of obedience and I gain a lot of pleasure when I see both dog & handler working in perfect harmony with one another.

I would like to thank the organising committee fro the appointment and a chance to judge the teams event, which more than likely be the last in this current format.

From a personal aspect, I wish all those who compete at this event, the best of luck. Remember to relax, enjoy and make the most of the occasion
